Fight Flow – 30-Min Demo (Cardio Kickboxing + Strength)
Curious about what our Fight Flow classes in the park will feel like this summer?
This 30-minute demo gives you a powerful, accessible preview of our Monday Cardio Kickboxing sessions at Rainbow Park this June.
This demo starts with a 20-minute cardio block, blending simple, choreographed fight combinations with easy-to-follow drills designed to build stamina, coordination, and confidence. Think strong, rhythmic movement — grounded, energizing, and fun to move through.
We finish with a 10-minute strength segment, focusing on full-body using dumbbells. In the park, this portion will be bodyweight-based.
This class is designed to meet you where you are. No experience needed — just come ready to move.
