Partyfit® Lite

Partyfit® Lite is a lower-intensity version of the high-intensity Partyfit® class. This class is excellent for beginners who want to build their stamina for the higher-intensity Partyfit class and for experienced Partyfitters who wish to enjoy a more gentle version of their favourite workout. No prior dance experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or trying it out for the first time, Partyfit welcomes all fitness levels—no dance experience required. So come sweat, smile, and get fit the fun way with Partyfit!
