Partyfit® Core

Partyfit® Core This is a 25-minute Partyfit® class followed by a 15 minutes of core exercises using Partyfit® choreographies done on a mat inspired by Pilates, Barre and Yoga, followed by a quick stretch. This class is an excellent choice for participants who want to get a short cardio blitz and increase core strength. Small dumbbells are sometime used during the core segment.
No prior dance experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome.
